Absolutely perfect. Awesome rooms very clean. Soft pillows. Great shower. Serve yourself breakfast was really good. Dining area is nice and comfy. Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. You really cant ask for better. I guess they even have a pool. 5 mins from airport and courteous shuttle driver will pick you up at any time for free. Definitely be back again. Thanks very much.
We stayed here twice during our trip (after our late flight in and prior to an early morning departure) and had a great experience! Breakfast is great, rooms are updated and clean, and all the facilities are wonderful including the indoor pool and hot tub. If you have an early morning flight, highly recommend returning your rental car the night before and utilizing and free shuttle system, it was very convenient!
Finally, at the tail end of my week-long trip, Hilton got it right. The staff here were outstanding, warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. The front desk team set the tone with their great attitude, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. A great stay overall; highly recommend this location.
We enjoy staying at this location if we need a place by the airport. Easy airport shuttle, wifi, hot breakfast, pool and hot tub. The rooms were nice and clean and the pillows are amazing! Unfortunately, we had no hot water when we checked in but the staff did get maintenance and a plumber on site fairly quickly to try to fix the issue. We took a nap while it was getting fixed but woke up to a fire alarm going off. It stopped so we went back to sleep and it started again. Guess they had a fire in the laundry room. The staff was great with the whole emergency situation and later left a note stating their apologies and to let us know how to make our stay more comfortable....then proceeded to call our room at 357am, I'm assuming a mistake for a wake up call. I wasn't impressed. All in all a mixed bag stay but we were thankfully to be able to check-in early and that they were able to accommodate our flight cancellation for the night.
I celebrated my birthday here and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The staff went above and beyond to make everything special — the staff help us with the set up upto the excellent service. The food was delicious, the ambiance was perfect, and the team made me feel so celebrated. Highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion! Would like to thank Margott the Event and Sales Coordinator, as well as Mary from Banquet for helping us with this event. Margott is well experienced coordinator provided all my needs prior to the party and made sure I will have the best experience!! I had one night free stay which is a big bonus! The room has well enough space for me and my husband. We got two queen size beds. The room got a nice view of the city. When I have guests coming from the States, I would recommend this hotel. Its new and clean, well maintained and above all, the staff are all very accommodating! Thank you! My guests and I had an amazing time!
Great service by a gentleman at night I’ve forgotten his name ( it was 22nd of February 2026, around 10pm) he was very helpful. No water in the room, otherwise all perfect. Nice and quiet room. Had a good stay.
Had a great stay here! The rooms are surprisingly spacious and very clean. The friendly service stood out right from check-in. A huge plus was the free airport shuttle, which was prompt and convenient. Also, the free breakfast was actually pretty decent with good variety. Definitely a great priced hotel for the area !
I haven’t stayed here yet, however I look forward to it! I called to do a room block for my son’s hockey team (we’re from St Albert) I had the pleasure to speak with Bhawana with group sales. This woman deserves a raise just for her support and customer service. I’m a first time manager and this was my first tournament block. She not only got everything set up but she was able to accommodate a few changes and sent me detailed instructions on how to proceed and instructions for me to forward to the team. I just wanted to acknowledge her extraordinary customer service! Thank you Bhawana!!
